1. step: Scanning – Scan or picture your documents!
Scan or picture your documents with desk or hand scanner device or digital camera, save it by pages in jpeg (-jpg) or tif (-tif) file format.
2. step: Optimalisation – you need a photoeditor software!
Use any photoeditor software to correct dim or bad contrast images. Here you can find some examples for bad contrast images:

3. step: Uploading – use rapidOCR website!
Visit rapidocr.com website and upload your scanned document images. As soon as OCR process is ready you get an e-mail on the result (in case you provide your e-mail address).
4. step: Use the result – reedit your documents with the use of any text editor software!
At the end of OCR process you can copy (copy and paste, CTRL+C, CTRL+V) and download converted document in text file format which you can reedit with your favourite text editor software.
